That they’ll never forgive James for stealing Lily away from Snape, or that they’ll never forgive him for how he treated Severus. I agree completely, and even though I love Snape/Lily with all my heart, and will always love them. But I will never forgive Lily for ending her friendship with Severus over letting the word ‘mud-blood’ slip and not accepting his apology, and I’ll never forgive Lily for choosing James over Snape when he so obviously cared so much more for her than James did.
